What the Be Bladder Confident Program Includes

We recognize that time is one of our most valuable commodities and have optimized this program to give you the best results with the least impact on your time. The course includes a series of 3 one-hour virtual classes, portable exercise equipment, and a private online community where you can get support for questions or concerns. The classes will cover:

  • Understanding of basic female pelvic floor anatomy
  • Proven pelvic floor exercises (just 10 minutes a day) to strengthen your bladder control (and it’s not just Kegels!)
  • Bladder retraining strategies to help extend the time between bathroom visits
  • What bladder irritants are and how to identify and avoid them
  • How to maintain your bladder control

Our pilot program will run in January (3 one-hour classes on January 14, 21, 28 at 2:30 PT/3:30 MT/4:30 CT/5:30 ET; all classes will be recorded). If you can’t attend the virtual classes live, the recordings will be available to all participants, and you have lifetime access to all the materials. In addition, you will receive digital handouts and access to our private Facebook group, where you can ask questions in between classes.

This Course Works

[Emily’s story] My bladder issues were easy to ignore at first – just some increased urgency and occasional leakage. But after a few years, the bladder urgency and frequency steadily got worse. I asked my gynecologist about it, and she dismissed it as not that serious. When I mentioned the bladder issues to another gynecologist a couple years later, she told me I should be doing 100 Kegels a day. I had been doing some, but I increased to 100, then 125, each day.
